Hello again Softball lovers.  Just thought I would touch base with you early in the season regarding the All-State Games.  Please note that the ballots are due by October 17th with a few requirements:

1. You must have a majority of your league coach’s signatures on the ballot.

2. The ballot that is turned in will only include the athletes that are in the space allowed.  Any additions are disregarded.

3. The ballot must be received by October 17^th via fax 303-384-3737 or email to khara.west@bvsd.org.  You can find a ballot in any of the following locations:  your CHSAA softball coaches manual, CCGS website or it will be emailed to you by Bert Borgmann in mid September.

4. Ballots are not accepted on selection day.

5. Athletes that are listed in the number one spot are automatics and the voting is used to determine the remainder of the players as well as forming the two teams to avoid a dominant team.

October 17^th:  BALLOT DUE

October 19^th:  Selection Meeting

Monarch K-8:  8:30 AM --  263 Campus Drive, Louisville, CO 80027

October 26^th:  Banquet

Double Tree Inn in Westminster – 8773 Yates Dr.  Westminster, CO 80031

            Registration begins @ 9 AM

Doors for banquet open @ 10:30…athletes will meet with team coach between 

      time of registration and the doors opening.

October 26^th:  Pictures, Ceremony & Games
